the TAL juno 60 plugin that is kicking about is great for white noise, very easy to programme VST as well.

sometimes i cant be arsed faffing around checking out templates and using swing, sounds daft but i just sit with a loop i like the groove of and just anaylse the fck out of it and draw my notes unquantized with my samples in a similar style, can take a while but its good fun.

suppose i could do that, but on my mates computer whenever he starts ableton it starts up with his own template, no need too go to open file etc. i suppose im been picky but its just nice having the quickness there!
