haha exactly what i thought

funny that they tried to show of the TR-8 with that track ... like what a top producer can achieve with that gear.

you can eq, layer, and manipulate sounds to add depth and texture. I wouldn't exactly say was what he used, I would say it sounds and feels more like an obligation track then something he was passionate about...

its ironic because there was an interview where loderbauer said villalobos hates 808 drum sounds because they are so generic and now hes on a label built around the TR8. hes just jumping on the bandwagon

with the TR8 you can program more then classic 808 sounds

Just listened to the full Villalobos track from this one : I guess that's how much you can make the aira kit to sound like villalobos.
It's sort of a boring tech-house, same hihats, nothing really stands out from these sounds.
Cannon fodder track.
