Wondering if there are any tips for getting that bubble/gurgle sound that is all over tracks right now.
this is the most recent example I came across:

It is most obvious at the beginning and is timed with the clap (more or less) and seems like it could initially be a delayed send of the clap with a resonate low pass/bandpass, but there is definitely more going on than just that.
any ideas or guesses are appreciated.
thx

Re: Bubbles
Just sounds like a filtered/sequenced squarewave to me, but I don't know for certain. Definitely something quite simple.
(If we're on about the same sound)

Thx...Its basically some sort of modulated delay plug I'm not familiar with.
Also, lemme know what your sound is like so I can copy it.

Re: Bubbles
low pass filter + resonance + reverb I guess with the right sound underneath

Re: Bubbles
I would achieve that sound like this: Snare with Delay/Grain Delay - Gate - Low Pass - Spread - Reverb ..
Although the reverb could come much earlier in the process.
