Between 114 and 134 is pretty reasonable since it's almost the range of a turntable. You can usually get away with pitching up or down a few percent without harming the track too much. I don't really understand how the tempo range can be so narrow here. It wasn't all that long ago chicago producers were making tracks at 160bpm, a lot of old disco was up at 150 odd bpm...i heard clips of a MNML 2xLP this morning with a track pushing 150bpm as well. I'd have thought the whole idea of 'mnml' was that it was a pretty wide umbrella term for any music that leans towards a certain structure or aesthetic. But as with all things over the years like ambient, breakcore, krautrock, punk or what have you, they've unwittingly become pretty rigid and narrow...
