ok, you have to port the gui stuff to carbon. that sucks.

the only way is, if they would compile it for osx. but most people dont do that. thats anoying a bit.

exactly what i think. to much stuff i dont need. isight, frontrow ... powerbook is still the coolest

this intel cpu's are dual core. so if the software is optimized for dual processing, it could work probably 2 times faster in best case then with single core. another aspect is the bus speed. before it war 166mhz or 200mhz (dont know exactly) and now its around 600mhz. this means data can transferde...

about producing details, the cymbal is in fact a bright but my ears can handle it. the track is arranged in logic pro 7, some loops comming from flp and the synth are hardware. the theremin like synth is the novation bassstation.
