Does anyone have an idea about how much copyright clearence usualy cost?

Maetrik has a special fattenizer unit that he built himself. All discrete analog transformers. yup, this he runs through a bandcompressor, which has an almost totaly dry flanger unit placed after it. but to cancel the high freqs from that he bandpasses it at around 1254Hz for bass recipe for gold ^^

Looking for a drone/transition VST
yo guys,
im looking to buy a vst out of which i can get alot of nice drone and transition sounds.
With that i mean sounds that build up to a break or to the next part of a track to introduce a new part.
Anybody got any tips?
