Synthwise you guys think way too complex. It doesn't need anything specific, just hit that c-minor on a low octave and you'll be fine with almost any polyphonic synth.

I spot a lot of old DX7 and PPG patches on those old Basic Channel etc tracks.

Think easy!

The glue pretty much does what you're looking for without adding too much of an own color to the mix. Good value for money!

Started making music on the c64 in '88 or something, went to Amiga and Protracker very soon and started making music for Demos/Intros and the like. First netlabel release in '95, vinyl in '96. Then the latter via Fasttracker, my own netlabel/label, then Buzz now Ableton. Good times.

Take Audio Damage or Voxengo for example. Those are way better sounding effects for a fraction of the Waves price.
