Ive put a lot of rockwool around my desk area (in 25cm cabinets)and in the corners of the ceiling/wall joints. And I can hear the bass/ kick seperation better. The sound is more clear/tight. There is still a cold spot where some bassnotes are lower in volume because my room sucks. But I dont have to...
