Most superclubs in london refuse to give out tap water at the bar and tell you to go full up previously used glasses/bottles at the toilets, so i'm confused about that uk law

this is a very random question, but just how popular/big is Steve Bug?? I've heard a lot of his mixes, and want to see him live (fabric). Wondering how busy it will be. Oddly enough I prefer it the busier it is I leech off of other people's enthusiasm!
