Listened through a pair of not-the-best headphones, the bass is huge (which I like), very spacialized. I have to burn your track to listen to it on decent speakers and see how it fits in a mix. Obviously you have written this track to make people dance ;)
Just before the end of the break, a 1-measure-long (sorta) sustained note of bass could be nice.
The reverbs in the end are brutally cut, what a shame.
The small noises heard from start to end soon become a bit boring and forgettable, cut them, gently fade them, do slight variations, give them the place they deserve. More generally, don't show all your cards immediately, keep some elements of surprise.

The sound is good, but a better construction could push and drive the listener more efficiently.

(alternative advice: forget minimal, and put a distorted 303 on top of this bass!)
