In New York we have what are called 80/20 buildings.

Whenever you see one of those new, flashy apartment buildings go up in Manhattan the owner sets aside 20% of his units for low income folks in order to attain massive tax breaks.

So in my building, 1 bedroom apartments start at $4000 a month, and i get to pay $695 a month for the same thing.

i've just moved into a flat with my girlfriend and we're paying £650 a month rent plus bills (council tax, electricity etc.. ). Not too bad between two of us for a 2 bedroom flat 15/20 min walk from Glasgow city centre. no way i could've afforded anythin like this on my own. would've had to stayed in a bedsit or somethin
Music created under this genre can range from melodic beautiful harmonies with a prominent bass line, to glitchy, unstructured, disjointed sounds which are unified to create an organised new track.

I'm paying about €150 a month sharing a 5 bedroom apartment. I got to keep the bigest double room (like 20 sqm) and a small 5 sqm studio. Plus we have 2 bathrooms, kitchen and a big living room. This is in Gracia-Barcelona. BTW, I get to be the "landlord" since I rented the whole place 5 years ago. The entire place costs about €1000 per month

If buying I'll pay more for sure, but in the mean time while renting I prefer this way, otherwise I'd be feeling like waisting my money.
