and HELL yes I have that problem. I can hear a millisecond of a clip and know that I have that record and still can't spout off track titles / names.

I think I remember all the details about some tracks just because I am more familiar with them. I think this leads to a bit of a problem with DJs, because you play the tracks that come to your mind, but the ones that come to your mind are the ones you are more familiar with, so you keep playing the same small set of tracks even though you may have a lot more.orphic wrote:Do you think it's because you have a really good memory, or because you have time to familiarise yourself with these things more than others?
