of course you can but Logic Pro is worth the extra money.

The way i see it: every DAW is perfectly suitable for every kind of music, you just how to learn to use it the way you want it

Logic is pretty cool. It takes a bit longer to learn properly compared to f.e. Ableton, but the sound is a LOT better too...

I do all my tracks with it + some vsti, for 200e that's amazing.And there is no restrictions as in ableton live le...

i still think you should get logic pro. You will just end up buying the upgrade when you realize what is missing.
