Producing time

Hi guys, I m a lil bit curious, How many times did you produce in a week? For me its some nights and sunday. And I need 3/+ weeks for a track.

It depends on what I have to do that certain week, other commitments like university assignments etc. Otherwise on a average I would say 3-4 times a week. Sometimes I wrap 2 tracks up in a night, sometimes 1 track in a month. Depends really.

every single second of every day, even if i aint in the studio
which i am most of the time,

production time on finished songs that have been released are between

2 hours for Manfedman on fling records

and many many months, like Back2Berlin on no dough!

Really depends. sometimes I spend every free second for production and then sometimes I don't touch my DAW for weeks.

i try to do something everyday, but it's not really working out recently...

If i don't have any thing else going on like school asignments and stuff i usually get at least an hour in every day. Maybe not like focused producing but playing around with loops and rhythms and stuff.

i find it hard to find as much time as i would like because of university all week (my course requires loads of research/writing) then come the weekend im either djing or going out/spending time with friends

normally only get 8 hrs a week...cannot wait to finish university for the summer and have free time all week!
