GTaylor - Soundy

Post by GTaylor »

I'm trying to find a groove with this one and I'm not sure what genre to put this in. Tell me what you think thanks. :)

Love that synthy groove in the beginning that plays throughout. The mangled sax was a nice effect. The kick wasn't overbearing, nor particularly powerful, but I'm not saying it was bad. I felt the tune had a nice groove to it, and wasn't tiring to listen to. The percussion sounds were well chosen and it came together well.

So your saying the kick worked well and it was sitting perfectly in the mix? ;) I spent a while trying to get it right.
