Hmm... I get where you're trying to go with this track, but I have a couple of issues.
Your loops aren't interesting enough to be repeated this much. And when loops change it's often one sound that changes, and it has that "put on top of it" feeling. If you want to get that typical techno drive, you've got to try and blend your sounds more together. Layer your sounds, add more sounds, don't hold back on experimenting with compression, ... anything that adds seamlessness.
Try to avoid rhythms like your cymbal's for now. Focus on getting your 4 beat loops interesting instead. Not that there is something inherently wrong with your cymbal rhythm, just a tip to help to focus on what makes good techno.
The low end deserves special attention. The kick as well as the bassline don't give enough power. Read up about sidechain compression, it will help your kick and bass work together.
