Ableton 8.1.3

8.1.3 seems to be working well. I'm dreading pushing it to hard though in case I lose the will to live........

i know what you are saying dude! i did a 24 track yesterday and no crashes... it was like a dream come true.

what were there problems with earlier versions? still running 8.0.9.

i'm like 95% logic/5% ableton though

this update fixed all problems, at least for me.. "ableton" is ableton again..

I never had any problems with 8.1.1 at all, but 8.1.3 has a really annoying bug where clip envelopes go wrong at the boundary between two clips. I've reported it as a bug but guess I'll have to wait til the next minor update before it's fixed. Have already started a couple of projects with the new version so I can't downgrade again either. D'oh.

hmm, going to download the update just to have it, but have switched completely to Logic in the mean time and not going back soon

I grabbed the suite update. They've been adding all the library with each update now... Strange enough....
Still i don't really mind very solid version it seems.

Note: If you already have Suite 8 installed, you can just download the (smaller) Live update.

Downloaded last night. seems WAY better than 8.1.1. I was having crashes many times a session, something I had never had in any previous Live version. I think it is a really good move on Ableton's part to work on bug fixes and optimization before moving on to new features.
