I'd leave out the fx for starters. Try and get the envelope and pitch curve to look similar. The transient (0-say 30 ms,which is loud and prominent in this particular kickdrum) is an entirely different matter and is probably harder to recreate. It might be made of noise, have something like a highat/rimshot/woodblock on top. I'd concentrate on the 'sine' part of the sample first. The kick comes to a rest at 49 hz, i think, which would make it Note G. Hope this helps a bit.

in case anyone is just learning ableton: once you get a nice sine kick with an osc in operator (make sure the osc's are in parallel mode) just duplicate that osc's settings to another and then go into its phase parameter and nudge it up to taste. 2-7 % gives a nice tech click to it.
