Probably some kind of saw wave and noise combo pad sound with chorus and subtle LFO action on the amp and the filter and drenched in reverb.
Sounds like something that could be easily done with a Juno emulation plus reverb. Hell it might even be the Arturia Jupiter 8v, it has this built in advanced effects section.

well doesnt sound like a sample. pretty easy to do with arturia moog mod.
take some osc (5+) with mainly saw & square. detune them slightly on a cent basis and also in halftones to create the desired chord. also adjust the vol from the osc. you´ll play it with one note so check the other notes you´ll play while adjusting the osc notes. put the chorus on and there you go.
