How to get this groove

Post by RichardLodge »

Hey, just wondering if anyone can give suggestions on how to get the groove in this track;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTo9K0r6YW0

feels like the off beats in a 16 note pattern are pulled forward rather than in a normal swing quantize where they are pushed back..?

any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers

Yep, just sounds these clicks are fed through a simple delay with relatively high wet/dry and feedback values.
