well evolver could be found for 200pounds in good condition i was taking that in to mind as it aint new and i dont really understanmd why to buy it new for double price:) well this is a discussion that will not lead us to something:)
thats my opinion ONLY :)
i would wait for the new mfb synth that should be here soon:)

Have you tried to learn how to effectively layer samples to make new sounds?

On the synth note, if you're on Mac, I can definitely recommend DrumSpillage as a drum synth. 11 modules to load individually into it's 16 pads and lots of parameters for each. And it's 33$ off until Thursday :) It doesn't have a built-in sequencer (I prefer this myself actually)

There's a free version called MiniSpillage.

I slice sounds made with DS out into Studio One's browser, then right onto Nerve's pads and haven't been this happy doing drums in, well, ever.

i was lucky to get drumaxx for 10bucks.. anyway still not using it, only tested couple of times, but for money its a great tool:)
its all about the rhythm
