That magical Phonocult night almost one year ago is still remembered by a lot of people. By far the best live performance ever performed at Phonocult. After a very busy year with impressive gigs and a promotion tour of his album and the new releases he is the heart of the Karmarouge label. This night he will show once again why his live set is so incredible and we believe he will do it even better then last time.

In reviews Maik Loewen mostly is described as a genius. His live sets are being experienced as music with passion, knowledge and a llittle bit crazy. The podium of Phonocult is the right place to proof those interesting statements. His productions on various labels such as, Trapez, Tonsport and Karmarouge already make a lot of people very happy. Functional and sometimes psychedelic he’s bringing the venue to a ultimate boiling point. The melting of sounds on these heated temperatures will give the energy which is needed for total control and experience of electronic music.
Alex Multhaup
The creative brain behind Karmarouge, his ideas go further then only music. The developments and art to see music as a pure passion made him decide ten years ago to start the club ‘Space Station in Germany. During this period he met Gabriel Ananda and the fundaments of Karmarouge were born. From this collaboration they released a 12” together on ‘Horspielmusik’ called ‘Da Hairy Belafontes. He also received an award for culture in the dance scene for music and art. Together with Ananda he worked out the ideas for the Karmarouge label. Phonocult is proud to present one of the initiators of Karmarouge, Alex Multhaup!
Branz
As one of the residents of Phonocult Branz will show his passion and interest for the Minimal sound. During the Karmarouge Label Night he will make an ideal start of the night. A good start is half the work!
