total vinyl domination, whoever cant see it must be blind
sarcasm? I can't see this - but who knows stranger things have happenend. I have seen one DJ play a 100% vinyl set these days.

I can see more 4 deck stuff being played - not this is my cup of tea per se.

Also i can see less and less clubs being successful- more independent parties put on.

"Electronic" becomes too big of a word for kids to spell.

Virtual popstars (à la Hatsune Miku) run for president.

Israel anihilates the Arab world with psy-trance.

Daft Punk still overuses SC compression.

Jean-Michel Jarre is dead. So is Obama, btw.

The whole Minus label died of AIDS.

Apple owns musicians.

Crikey. Sad state of affairs. Vinyl is still very much alive and well over here, though I guess the same can't be said for every city and every genre.

I still love vinyl, there's a great warmth and texture to the sound that comes out from it. on the flip-side though, digital is so damn convenient especially if you want to cut your own track and play it your set.

Still buy at Phonica - Its a good shop, I like it almost as a ritual to go and look at whats on offer.

I have been to a few parties recently with lesser known DJ's playing - free entrance sometimes and the parties have been good. Looking forward to more of the same - This makes for a good scene :)
