Guys here's a vocal that seems to change quite often..what's on it?
A lil' flanger/phaser with a pitched delay? Aren't they?

it sounds like a mixture of effects. reverb, delays, vocoding, pitch shifting, voice synth like neptune in Propellerhead Record. could be anything, i don't really work with vocals.
