copyright clearence / licencing cost?

yo guys,
Does anyone have an idea about how much copyright clearence usualy cost?

Im doing a house remix from a triphop track from ninja tunes.
How much would clearing a sample from that track cost me approximatly?

ask if they want to release it.
if not : just give it away as a freebie or try a licensing deal with ninja tune. Tho i don't think they'll give that any attention (as for the licensing).

maybe a label who likes your remix could get a the deal done.
