Hi
I want to buy some patch cables to link up my 707 with a Simmons SDS. Where is the best place to buy these cables? I assume they are just guitar jack connections?
I'll need a few I guess.

Not sure if these are applicable?

Re: Buying patch cables
Anyone????
Re: Buying patch cables
Yeah patch cables are just mono cables. Don't have a 707 myself but I use mono cables to trigger the cv on my sh101, the triggers from your will 707 work in a similar way. Make sure the jacks are the right size and type. Not sure what type of input the simmons has but schneiders buero (link below) do a lot of patch cables and cater for all sorts of connections, send them an email if your unsure.

Re: Buying patch cables
If the SDS has 1/4 jack inputs then I would presume that you can use guitar leads.

Re: Buying patch cables
i highly encourage people to buy a roll of cable and the connections (1/4in TR or TRS or XLR), and make your own cables. It is really simple and you'll always have low-noise high-quality cables around.
Seriously, cables are starting to become stupidly expensive.
