Digital copies of old records

Anyone know any place/person/method for aquiring old techno that isn't neccesarily in print anymore as high quality MP3s? (good recordings too)

Beatport doesn't solve ALL my music enthusiast + basement djing needs

i know the kompakt-mp3.net crew have ripped old vinyls and sold high.qual. mp3s after requests by users before, but i will assume they only do that with tracks they are allowed to rip and sell
