Although I came in 6 months ago as a graduate so I'm mostly just moving numbers around spreadsheets and sending generic replies to emails. No complaints though, the pay is good for a first proper job and I'm happy to have found a job in this day and age. Plus they let me listen to music in earphones
And I agree with what others have said, having a 9-5 job is better than being a full time student in a lot of ways, you nearly always have your evenings and weekends free and you know when you have to be working. All that 'lazy students' chat annoys me, doing well in uni is pretty difficult and at least here in Scotland you pretty much need a part time job and/or a large overdraft limit to get you through it unless you have a rich and generous family... the main things I miss about being a student are my classmates and the fact that it was mentally stimulating (although sometimes too much so)
