VSTs aren't some sort of magic bullet to get a certain sound. Surely a more appropriate question would be "with what types of sonic processing and effects can I achieve this"...

I can do this with key correction on Traktor, but would be nice to know if there's also such a thing on Logic f.e. To pitch voices up of course, I think a Minimal Smurf version of Tom Jones' "Delilah" was long overdue.
