Pop music is very complex and clever in the way that its catchy too, but would you think that something big in the charts like Swedish House Mafia - One, fits in that catagory aswell ?
Well I don't really know whether to consider the swedish house mafia track as pop or not. I mean you don't hear people pronouncing them as the kings of pop or whatever, maybe kings of dance music would be more appropriate but I think either David Guetta or Bob Sinclair are considered as kings of dance right now.

I think this isn't pop either but rather dance music. So probably swedish house mafia would be considered as dance/mainstream dance music.

btw, I think the SHM track is not so well produced as the Shakira track.
