pi is great! have any of you pi fans seen shinya tsukamoto's tetsuo? if not you should definitely check it out. it is in vein of pi, eraserhead type stuff. but more in a neo-techno-paranoia kinda way. well pi is a pretty paranoid movie.

yeah check out tetsuo for sure one of my favs. actually last halloween i saw marc houle and magda in detroit and they played tetsuo on the big visuals screen during magda's performance. i was over joyed to say the least.

The Brothers Grimm

Post by .kavo. »

latest movie i saw was The Brothers Grimm by Terry Gilliam (Fear and Laught in Las Vegas, Twelve Monkeys, Brazil, Monty Python...)
many people around told me it sucks, its bad, director (i very like all his films i saw, btw) turned to commercial or so.
must say here, this movie was so good for me. strange fairytale where some things going so childish way and on the other side so weird and bizzare (sometimes i feel that drug mist around scenes, not so strong as in Fear and Loath... hehe).
tel me your opinion if you watched this great movie

yeah i have the director's cut. i like it better because it suggests that deckard is also a replicant because of the unicorn dream etc. and i don't believe the original has that. i could be wrong.
