To me, this album breathes ultimate depth and melancholy. it's touches me so deep - i can't think of any similar - maybe Murcof comes close to this in terms of cinematic, ultra deep sound. Though it's a total different thing.
Where Murcof is fragile and precise, Burial is like an earth link. Something true comes with these tunes......
I really dig his Debut album last year and it opened my interest to Dubstep (but only a very few things really touches me in dubstep), but "untrue" tops it quite nice. His work on the vocals of "Untrue" is something i would call far out and will not please everybody, i think. (at least among my friends).
