I've download Drumatic3, it looks nice, but I haven't any sound, total mute on channel with this vst.
Is any idea why?

i usually use drumazon or my jomox mbase for the low and and use a sample to give the kick a little more character... just use a high or bandpass filter to get the sound right on the layering. i send those to a group channel and compress them (outboard) and then eq...
note: the outboard compression really gives a punch that i have not experienced with software. that could just be me though
some type of waveshaper or transient designer can also be useful. im not sure if there is one in FL but cubase, sonar and logic all have them
one other thing i did that worked well (not my own idea) was to sample someone throwing a basketball at my hardwood floor with a shure sm57... the "thwack" sound i got has been very very useful for layering kicks and snares
btw, that minimal vst is pretty cool for some stuff, if i remember correctly it was recommended on pheeks old blog
