started back skateboarding a few time a week, and it feels good!

and some kite boarding when the conditions are right since i am still beginner at it and it gets technical n stuff/

cardio and weights at the gym all week makes the hell i put my body through on the weekends somehow acceptable.

Surf just about every day there are good waves. Also doing a lot of sit-ups & got back in the gym this year. Trying to eat better & drink less alcohol too. The less drinking part kinda sucks so far but I think it will be better all around in the long run.

I used to take sea vegg - sea weed. the distribution of sea vegg came to a halt and I felt a strong urge to take a supplement... knowing full well I dont have an intake of 5 fruits and veggies a day....

since taking the Green's First.. I've dropped 15 lbs !!! my whole life I'm always extremely been into fruit juice (the super food) - spending $5 on a half gallon of the super duper oj - without thinking twice.. but now after taking green's first, I've conditioned my body to that type of intake of nutrients and I completely crave veggies now as well.. as in being completely compelled to make veggies as a snack in the middle of the night...

I order two bottles at a time to make sure I do not run out as I did the last time I ordered this product, and honestly, I feel I will never go a day again without taking this supplement.. I thought I'd share -

* each serving is equivalent to 10 servings of fruits and vegetables a day...

i use to run alot, now i just sit and think about running alot

50 to 80 miles a week seems a bit daunitng now

i'm bicycling to school 1 hour total a day
it's good exercise i think...

but, my true love is basketballl
i think i had the talent to play professionally, but i didn't go down that road.
it really is the best, i wish i had more time to play
but my school is getting in the way of everything. even my techno :(
