Actually the Radio Signal is pretty silent and only hearable when I turn the volume nearly to the max.

i have high quality monster XLR's and still get the issue if i have the cables not running properly. Did you verify that the cables weren't going across power sources? There are other suggestions from this thread... like using ferrite rings, sheilding the inside of the monitor, longer power cords...
