Cmon man it's not that big of a CPU hog. I can insert it on 8-9 channels which need eqing, not just low cutting or low passing(for this i use simplon, or built in cubase eq).Cheaper wrote:which is quite a CPU hog to be honestThe EQ is not bad but for that money you could buy the Sonnox EQ
But on the other hand you are right, Pro Q is a VST3 which means that it wont consume any CPU resources if the material on which you have it inserted in is not playing.
