FabFilter Plugins?

Cmon man it's not that big of a CPU hog. I can insert it on 8-9 channels which need eqing, not just low cutting or low passing(for this i use simplon, or built in cubase eq).

But on the other hand you are right, Pro Q is a VST3 which means that it wont consume any CPU resources if the material on which you have it inserted in is not playing.

PSP try to sound analog but i don't like how they sound.
I don't have any PSP plugs any more but I really liked their sound.

I demod their mastering eq and it sounded really amazing I thought.

the compressor that comes with mixpack 2 is really amazing as well.

vinateg warmer is a really clever plugin but I think it gets abused too much by people looking for a quick fix.

i only used a few plugs by Fabfilter but I thought they were really nice. never tried their compressor or eqs though.

one question. is there a difference in CPU between VSTs and AudioUnits on Mac????
