yes. they asked me my soc #, how much I make a year, and how much my rent/mortgage is a month. you may as well try. even if they give you just a little, it's at 0% for your money.. I wasn't expecting to get approved for as much as I did...

I'd say try and find out. as long as your not applying for more than 5-10 things a month you should be fine even if you don't get approved. meaning it's not going to effect your score, even if they turn you down.
