Numerology definitely does this and then some, you can randomise the times it moves the beats left to right as well and control the amount of times it does this

Numerology is the sh!t. When you use the launchpad with it, it's a straight hardware sequencer. I don't even look at the screen other than to load it up initially. I can't reccomend it enough.

The Machinedrum actually has that, so does the MonoMachine. Very useful when playing live for introducing little breaks.
