right on... well hopefully you can get some help troubleshooting! Maybe somebody else has more experience here on this matter too... ?

it could be that the desk is old and the xlr outs don't work anymore.

finally got this sorted! after unscrewing the master section and checking the boards inside and all cable connections i still had no luck, this thing is literally brand new, i think it must have sat in its flightcase its entire life. soundcraft got back to me with a manual, found out that pin 3 on these desks is hot, resoldered my XLR cable swapping the pins and now the signal is perfect! :D
