I was wondering in the track 'Gold Teeth' by Federico Molinari on Oslo, he used a the whole verse of Dr. Dre... He probably didnt clear the sample...
If it's the case, It's strange that a relatively big label like Oslo take that risk

It all boils down to money.
If you put out a little 400 copy sample record that grosses $1500, nobody is going to bother to sue you. There isn't enough money involved to justify sending in the lawyers.
Now if you put out a record that sells 50,000 CD's and there is $500,000 of revenue floating around, they will send the lawyers in a heartbeat.
