yes but who created it as you understand the physics behind a vinyl, the original pressings are exact the same (tolerances in case of materials etc. included). in that case if mr. drewek has the original dubplates then you have the exact pressing like the original. in the other case he have just a tape, wave file or what have you, its just a copy. when he has the duplates you have an exact copy but not the original (lacking of artwork, spirit etc.)

can you show me this in case of a painting?

the only thing of concern is if spencer gets the money.

if someone is mentaly ill for more than 10 years, not producing anything and no one knows where he is, we might consider him dead musical wise.

even good old friend luke solomon doesnt have contact except for a weird email.

so i would say if he shows up in some years, chiwax ows the man money.

but all this talk about proper re-issue ect. doesnt touch me at all.
chiwax sells proper vinyls like most of the other labels.

if the reissue comes out on derrick carters label or chiwax makes no difference in the music or the legend.

and maybe you could tell me, where did chiwax get all these files for the pressing?
did they buy them from other labels ?!?
cause when i listen to the Part One ReIssue i dont think its a vinyl rip..

but if you think about a 10 part series including even full albums.. they will release like 50-60 tracks
thats on of the biggest reissues ive seen until today (speaking about the last 5 years )

Don't you know that if a person wants to own a copy of In Neutral, he has to be patient!? Especially if he's from Australia, Brazil, Russia or Argentina. He has to be very fvcking patient then.
Bicoz represse iz spiritless & cheap.
