Its easy kids.. all you have to do is hit that FLAG button in the top right corner.

If you have any decency you'll do it.

I'm pretty sure that guy have been in business for very long.
As I remember it, Brian Ffar wrote him an email when we released TTT007 (with Brian and Cant), and we also mailed Blogger and noticed them about this problem (is that why we're blacklisted?). It seemed his blog was deleted, but I can see he is back, sadly. Guys like him deserves no good in life.

I'm fully aware that piracy can't be stopped, and I'm doing nothing to stop P2P networks and the downloading there, but what I hate is sites/blogs like this one offering stuff with direct download links. I think this makes it too easy for people to get it.

I have been talking to a few fellow label owners about this, and they tell me there is nothing they can do. I can´t understand why this is the case because they are breaking the copyright law, shouldn´t that be enough to take down the website?

But I know, you can´t solve this problem by banning websites (even if that is a damn good start) , the people that are spreading the music for free needs to realize that the music they are giving away is actually someone else´s piece of work. It´s just so damn disrespectful to put them on a server for free downloads, and still they have the guts to call themself music lovers.

shiiiiet.. I saw my Tic Tac Toe release on there and i sent them an email and they took it down.. I also saw this on the blog..

Blacklisted Artists

Marek Hemmam
Brian Ffar
Shadi Magella
J. Hunsberger
Adam Marshall
Miskate

I'm guess these are the people that wrote them.. they spelt my name wrong so I spose i'm not so blacklisted afterall.. or am i.. Nothing you can really do about P2P, you could let someone know that ud like them to take it down, but blogs with direct downloads.. whats next..

I dont really d/l from these blogs but i can tell you that whatever i like i buy, even if i got it for free from p2p or somewhere else, a lot of the people who d/l this stuff wouldnt buy it anyways so u cant really view it as a loss of sales.. more like free promotion, as i understand most producers make their money from doing shows anyways, and if they like what they heard then theres a better chance they will make their way out to see u live. the reason they cant do anything about these blogs is because they dont directly host any contect simply provide links to them so one would have to go after sendspace or other such services.. good luck with that.
and another thing, i have yet to meet a producer (big and small) who dont have a shitload of downloaded mp3s, and they also love to produce on their cracked sequencers using pirated plugins.
