Hey man - megaupload sucks big balls. All slots are full (mostly...)
Anyway.

The track idea is nice, and the first 1:30 min got me into it but then the bassline (which nearly runs for the rest of the track ) brings me out again. evolve this mood/get deeper

....also :
-the overall thing lacks a bit of presence (more eq- work)
-your cousin should spend a bit more time for sounddesign (adds unique flavor)
accoding to my taste, there has to be more groove/rhythmic design

but that are only my 2c

agreed the bass beep could be a bit lower volume

blend it for a subtle feel.

maybe add some LFO's to it and give it some movement

Thank you very much for your reviews. I already thought about more rhytmic elements, too.

The "EQ-work" will be better if i mix it with cubase and don`t record it live with ableton.

But not expect too much  I'm just started to produce music a couple of months ago.

Thank you guys, one more time. Your critics really helped me.
