It's that time of the year again, kyotos brief awakening from it's deep and mysteries dub slumber. We are proud to present the continuation of Xoki & Hieronymus' Dub World Order, a collection of brand new heavy and deep dubs from the Copenhagen homeboys.
Thick and dark clouds hang over the opening track “Ground 69” which can only be described as an ode to a system gone wrong, a system maliciously destroying and eliminating unassimilated and unconformist elements in it's hunger for power and capital. Moody chords clash with huge dark reverberations over tight pulsing beats on this masterpiece by Hieronymus. The mood is set – dark and dystopian, only interrupted by brief moments of defensive dub-funk as on Xoki's “Never Give Up”. Which sparks a slight optimistic, yet tens groove full of cycling, polyrhythmic dubs layered over a tight monotonies bassline.
It's real, it's happening right now - it's the Dub World Order. No surrender!
