It's been some years now, since I'm 'making' music.
But still I can't concentrate on making a full track.
Every damn time I start a new project, I start with the general idea of beats, bassline and other percussion, but then I just get stuck.
I just can't concentrate on starting with the intro and moving on from there
Do you guys have any tips on how to get over this issue?
How to get rid of loopititus?
map a controller to filters, sends and any-everything and record yourself stripping down the loop and build it up again live
If you start with everything playing and strip it down eventually you get to a suitable intro and because you have physically turned dials to get there you know what controlls get you back and you can enjoy playing almost

you could take a huge brake from music production, this way you will detach yourself from music production , you wont have the pressure to make a track, and you will have alot of time to analyse what you were(are) doing and how you should (be) do(ing) it.
how your tools work, and how you should and could be using it.
bla bla bla..... and so on.
it helps, it's good to zoom out sometimes.
