Nope. It's just another organisation making money on our back.

Sometimes you know, it's pirate sites, sometimes it's some official labels like Resist Music who use a track of yours on a mix CD by Claude Von Stroke and never tells you...

It's music business, it's fucking dodgy.

Can't you chase them for royalties for using your track in a mix? Isn't that what publishing is for?

Lee and I have tried very hard. Lee works with Fabric too and nothing move. It's really silly and disappointing.

After checking it out, sadly, this is a russian site with a pretty sketchy "legal" contract for downloaders. They won't really budge on copyright issues. I don't think your publishing co. will have any traction either. Not sure there is much anyone without a wolfpack of corporate lawyers could do about it.
