This is my set up, i have my deejay booth on the right and production station on the left.
i like to use traktor scratch to deejay and i use ableton live to produce.
they both share same laptop although i have that extra monitor for the deejay booth and they both share the same audio interface. (audio 8 dj)
each station has they own sound system. for production i have my tapcos...
my deejay booth has two amps, the main and a monitor amp, with cerwin vegas speakers 15" and 12" for monitors.
right now my tapcos are on 5/6 and traktor scratch is taking up 1/2 and 3/4 all on the audio 8 dj.
although i can play ableton through one channel on my mixer through 1/2 or 3/4.
im looking for a more unified way to do both. im looking for suggestions..
sometimes when you get used to something, you dont realise there are other ways of doing things..
(ableton live is used for production, not for deejayin'... unless im on the road)
