Dub Techno Synth Patches

Post by breakitdown »

Hey,

Seems to be something people are looking for at the moment, so i have pulled together all my patches.

They will be for Massive, here are a selection of the synth stabs and "loop" patches i put together. I have also made up some white noise/hiss patches and some drum patches. Here's an mp3 of the patches - you get a few bars of each patch, each iteration of the patch is me playing about with the macro settings i've set up in the all. The clave signafies a new patch.

There is around 50 patches, will probably put them up later this week if there is enough interest. I'm not sure if i should sell them for a couple of euros, or make them donation or something... the whole lot has taken a bit of time to create. But i guess this will decide on how much interest there is!

Some nice sounds in there. I have loads of presets of my own in Reason and some for the Prophet VSTI, so I might have a look at putting some of them up later.

What would be an interesting idea and I'm sure a lot will disagree is a mnml forum sample CD. We could just do it as a downloadable link and then charge a small fee with all the money going to a chosen charity or something like that.

Nice idea.

Also, what about a section of the forum, like "Members" section of this forum that requires a login, that is a resource for patches - kind of like what KVR has?

That would be good, but I dont think the Mods would ever go for that.

The more I think about it, the more I wanna do a sample CD. There is enough people here with enough pieces of kits to get something very solid.

Whats everyone elses thoughts on this?

Whats that little drum machine module that everyone keeps going on about? That would be quite nice to get some samples from!
