tube saturation plugin??

Post by Daemonix »

hello,

Couldnt find a lot with search, especially in terms of quality.

Im looking for plugins (for Mac plz) to add some tube saturation (harmonics) to my sounds. Especially over my Vermona DRM1.

What do you people use? Ill get one so I dont want to spend on something that will sound sh!t..

tasos

TAL makes a pretty decent one for free. Worth a shot to see if it suits your needs.

D16.pl have made a very good one. Very much worth checking out imo.

Nebula 3 with tube and tape programs by CDSoundmaster (yes, it works for mac, even if not so obvious - 120€) which is the best! (no emulation...but dynamic, non static, non linear convulsion)

you can also "try" this CPU raper: http://wavearts.com/products/plugins/tube/

EDIT: that recommended D16 looks intersting too! haven't seen it before...gotta try 8)
