Sounds like a detuned sine to me.

I'm no expert on it but i guess this could be easily done with an FM synth. One osc is slightly beating against the other.

Since the time I have posted this topic I search to make this bass. Please anyone can say me howto make this type of sub bass with a synth like Surge ?

because two sinewaves one detuned and maybe assigned to an lfo will make this type of sound. sort of wobbles a bit... :)

there is a great plug-in from waves called maxxbass that excites the harmonics in the bass giving the full sound without adding any sub to it. This on a sinewave based bassline will sound like the bass you played :)
